The Taste for Work Communication Challenge receives Skills Builder impact level 4!
The Skills Builder Partnership is a global movement of employers, educators, and impact organisations working together to help people develop the essential skills they need to succeed. Their framework, widely used by teachers across the UK, is a standard that all good education resource providers aspire to, and Taste for Work is no exception.
After working closely with the Skills Builder Team, the Taste for Work Community Challenge has been awarded the Skills Builder Impact level 4!
The Skills Builder Impact Levels are achieved by programmes which are demonstrating best practice in embedding the Skills Builder approach. This covers building essential skills in four areas: communication, self-management, interpersonal skills, and creative problem-solving.
The Taste for Work programme helps students develop their communication skills, improve their problem-solving skills and nurture their creative skills to help set them up for career success.
