Sharing your information with third parties

  • The client organisation (for example Sky or Proctor & Gamble) of their partners related to the relevant programme who is supporting the campaign you are participating in.
  • Our suppliers and contractors to enable us to provide website, data management, fulfilment or other services.
  • Analytics and search engine providers that assist us in the improvement and optimisation of our website.
  • Our data partner, The Education Company Ltd, in relation to data obtained from registrants based in the Republic of Ireland only.

We only share your data with reputable third parties to process for specific limited purposes and in compliance with a ‘Data Processing Contract’.

We may disclose your personal information to other third parties, in limited circumstances:

  • If we sell or buy any business or assets, in which case we may disclose your personal data to the prospective seller or buyer of such business or assets.
  • Where the third party is another data controller, only where the purposes for processing are compatible.
  • If we are under a duty to disclose or share your personal data to comply with any legal obligation, or to enforce or apply our terms of use which includes exchanging information with other companies and organisations for the purposes of fraud protection.

We will keep your data within the UK or European Economic Area unless we tell you otherwise. Where this occurs, we will take the necessary steps to ensure your data remains securely protected.

How we securely protect your information

Your data is collected and stored using secure network connections and servers. We take all reasonable measures to keep your data secure using appropriate physical, electronic and organisational controls and procedures. Our staff are trained and have limited access to your data.
