64% of young people feel they can overcome the challenges they face but need practical support to build their confidence and skills.*
Designed for students aged 14-19, Taste for Work gives our next generation the skills that careers are built on, so that they can step into their future careers with confidence.
Through a series of immersive and scenario-based challenges Taste for Work brings the workplace right into the classroom! Students hear from McDonald’s employees who help them develop their problem-solving, creativity and teamwork skills, designed to help prepare them for the world of work.
The programme has been designed for teachers to run in the classroom with ready-to-go resources including a delivery guide, session presentations, activity sheets and videos from real McDonald’s employees. It follows the Skills Builder Framework and is supported by Nasen, making Taste for Work uniquely placed to help students of all abilities succeed.
